What Is The Story?

Fearing the death of her husband Hercules, Dejanira is delighted when he returns from battle after over a year's absence. But her happiness is soon twisted into worry when one of his captives is the beautiful princess Iole - and worry curdles to jealousy as she suspects Hercules of falling in love with his prisoner. Desperate not to lose him, she makes a fatal decision that will change the course of both of their lives, and may doom them to a fate worse than she could possibly have imagined.
