August 24, 2018

Appearing on stage with a stool, a microphone, and a can of Diet Pepsi, Paula Poundstone is famous for her razor-sharp wit and spontaneity. The Boston Globe said, "Poundstone improvises with a crowd like a Jazz musician - swinging in unexpected directions without a plan, without a net."

David Cross

August 26, 2018

Many know him as the kooky never-nude Tobias Funke from the cult classic show Arrested Development, or as the titular character in black comedy The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, but David Cross cultivated his humour as a young stand-up in New York in the 80s before setting down roots as a TV star. The comedian steps back into the spotlight with his "Oh Come On" tour which he's promised to be an hour of "hi-jinx and tom foolery".

Bob Dylan calls Gordon Lightfoot one of his favourite songwriters - a fine tribute to a legacy that is still being written. In a career spanning nearly 40 years, the Canadian folk legend has recorded over 200 songs, written many more, and influenced the sound of so many highly successful artists.
